Magnet cum paper band filter

Pune-based Span Associates offers magnetic cum paper band filter for efficient filtration of magnetic and non magnetic contaminants and all types of coolants. Magnetic separator separates magnetic particles reducing the load on the paper band filter and consumption of paper. The paper band filter ensures positive filtration of the order of 5 micron. The contaminated coolant passes through magnetic separator where magnetic contaminants are separated and scrapped off. Subsequently coolant passes through the paper band filter where non magnetic particles are removed. The float mechanism senses the contaminant level on the paper filter. When predetermined level is reached and filter is chocked it actuates the endless conveyor belt to bring fresh paper in position, automatically. A geared motor drives the endless conveyor belt. Application of the machine is grinding, honing, gun drilling, fine boring and lapping.
