Secunderabad-based EPE Process Filters & Accumulators manufactures process accumulators and filters, based on state-of-the-art Italian and German technology. The company also manufactures a wide range of accessories such as charging and gauging kits, safety blocks, gas safety valves, brackets, clamps, and accumulator stations. The hydro pneumatic accumulator comprises a shell, seamless bladder, gas valve, and a fluid port incorporating a poppet valve. Shell of the pressure vessel is forged, designed and manufactured to meet relevant international standards. Bladder is a unique single-piece moulded construction, thereby avoiding problems associated with bladders of seamed construction. Gas valve is incorporated with a non-return valve for inflation of the bladder; and an anti extrusion valve (a poppet valve) is fitted into the fluid port.
