Horizontal plate filter

Abhishek Filtertechnik, based in Mumbai, is in the field of designing and manufacturing of filters, strainers and custom made chemical processing equipments. "Puric" sparkler type horizontal plate filter stack consists of multiple number of circular filter plates. Filter cloth or any other filter media is placed over each plate. The slurry/mother liquor is pumped over the plates through the specially designed manifold. Filtration process is continued till the desired cut off pressure limit is achieved. Then, the cake is manually removed from each of the filter plate cavity. This type of filtration is good for batch operation, ie, in fine chemicals, pharma and food industries. Models available on request are: 7" dia plate PP; 8" dia plate SS; 12" dia plate PP; 14" dia plate SS; 18" dia plate SS; and 24" dia plate SS. Higher sizes can be offered on request.
