S K Industries offers Floor Filters/Paint Arrestance Filters. The floor filter has glass fibre media that effectively removes all types of paint over spray and other airborne solids. It protects fans, exhaust ducts, and motors in plant spraying operation, ensuring that clean air is exhausted to the atmosphere. The glass fibre media can be utilised as the primary filter or pre-filter to increase the life of the more expensive final filters. Glass fibre media rolls are used for packaging units, AHUs and other intake system. These are available in rolls and cut length pads, efficiency grade G4/EU4 and standard media depth 2" and 4". The paint arrestance filters with high paint mist arrestance capacity are designed specially for automobile paint booths to meet mandatory pollution control board requirements. The paint arrestance filters are made of high performance glass fibre media, continuous bonded, arranged in stratified formation which form elastic matrix structure and are colour coded to identify air inlet and air delivery side. These are available with frames.
