Filtration Systems

The Kleenoil micron filtration system is a multi purpose fluid cleaning and transfer rig, which is available in different models. The system can be used to clean most mineral oils such as hydraulic, gear and transmission oils and diesel type fluids. In its static form, it can be permanently connected to large fluid reservoirs where machines and engines are in constant use. As a mobile trolley, it has a wide variety of applications such as oil and fuel transfer and rotational cleaning of factory machinery. It is based on coniferous media filters and operates upon a principle of absorption and adsorption. The Kleenoil by-pass filter can be fitted on the ?by-pass? basis to hydraulic systems, compressors or any systems with oil. The cartridges absorb all free and emulsified water and gradually remove contaminant particles down to less than 1 micron (ISO 14/9 or NAS1638 class 6 equivalent). It therefore extends oil life through the removal of the oxidation catalysts and at the same time extends component life. The system can also be used to clean and transfer unused oil (ISO 16/11) prior to use. The magnet filters or fluid line filters reduce tool and work piece damage caused by ferrous metal chips, filings, and dust which get into coolant systems during burnishing, drilling, milling, grinding, broaching and other machining operations. They prevent ferrous particles from flowing into reservoir and back to the work piece. Less down time due to tool breakage. Ferrous materials and other suspended materials are automatically removed from the fluid, relatively dry. The system incorporates the most powerful, natural rare earth magnetic material to produce extreme magnetic flux fields removing metal debris from the oil. Kleenoil mag filters are suitable for removing ferrous sludge and chips on both water soluble and neat oils. Typical applications are centre less and heavy stock removal grinding machines, honing, gear cutting and chip-producing machinery.
