Filtration System

The screen boxes in the filtration system are fabricated to fit 60° wedge wire screen for removal of slurry or water passing through sieve of 3 mm, 2 mm, 1.5 mm, 1 mm & 0.7 mm opening between wires by gravity feed. The system is used in maize processing complex for Germ Washing, Maize De-watering, Milled Maize De-watering, and Fibre De-watering etc. Rotary brush strainer is used for removal of sizes above 0.5 mm by a pressure technique and is used before nozzle type separator or hydro cyclone washing system.
