Spectrum Filtration Pvt Ltd offers a range of ASHRAE grade filters. These prevent airborne particles from moderate airflow volumes from polluting ventilation systems and are also suitable as pre filters in a variety of applications. Spectra ASHRAE filters are used by pharmaceutical, electronic product manufacturers as well as in nuclear power, atomic energy and research establishments. Approved by leading consultants, user industries and HVAC turn-key engineering companies, these are used for high level pre-filtration in air conditioning of paint booths, air handling units, available in the range of 1to 5 micron. The Spectra Cell V bank filter is 100% synthetic, thermally bonded media is impervious to degradation in environments with high moisture content and housed in a sturdy polystyrene frame. The pleats are separated with thermoplastic (hotmelt) separators. A very high ratio of media to filter face area ensures that the filter is capable to handle very high air flow volume at relatively low pressure drop.

These are available in Filter Class: ASHRAE 52.2 – MERV 9 – 15; EN 779 2012 – M5 – F9; and Eurovent 4/5 – and EU 5 – EU 9.
