Filter Elements

Multi Wire manufactures high grade wire cloth and various filter elements like disc filters, candle filters, spinneret filter and shale shaker screens, etc. These are suitable for standard or specific requirements of different industries. Cut circle or multiplayer filters fitted with aluminium or stainless steel frame are available in round, oblong, rectangular or kidney shape or any other required form. The filtering media offered is plain, twill weave woven stainless steel wire mesh, Dutch twill weave, sintered stainless steel filtering media of non-woven fibres and fused wire mesh (ply mesh). Advantages are reliability, surface filtration, zero media migration, exceptional service life, high corrosion resistance, high flow fatigue resistance, high temperature resistance, high/flow/low pressure drop, absolute particle retention, stainless steel construction, high collapse pressure, ultra-fine filtration, depth filtration, high strength. The woven wire mesh is of high quality stainless steel and phosphor bronze, ranging from coarse grade to fine and to microfine mesh with aperture size from 8u to 2700u. The company also manufactures test sieves made with jointless brass or stainless steel frame in a wide range of diameters in sizes of 4", 8" 12" and 18".
