Raico Engineers, a Mumbai-based company, offers filter set for powder coating, spray-painting and varnishing applications. This unit consists of the following units: pre-connected- filter regulator, silica gel dryer, activated carbon filter and coalescing filter. This unit gives dirt free and moisture free air with dirt removal upto 5 micron and moisture removal up to 99 percent. Since powder coating guns and spray guns require highly pure and dry air these units are installed in air lines prior to the guns. The company makes filter sets that have been installed at many powder coating, spray painting and varnish facilities. These facilities have reported considerable improvement in surface finish for all type of surfaces after the installation of these sets.
