Electrostatic Oil Cleaner

The Electrostatic Oil Cleaner is an super oil cleaning equipment involving static charging of ionised suspended solid contaminants in fluids and oils and collecting them on an enormously spread surface of dielectric media. The cleaning process is carried out offline, which means the parent machine does not have to be shutdown. Advantages: reduces operating cost and improves efficiency through periodic submicronic filtration; prolongs oil life and eliminates oil change; improves the MTBF of precision machine components, like servo valves, moog valves, pumps and sliding mechanisms; avoids back pressure and subsequent back flow of contaminants due to clogged filter elements; reduces machine downtime and system warm up periods; cleans oil without stopping the production process and improves the life of hydraulic system components.
