Electro Magnetic Filters

Magnetic Separators and Controls offer Electro Magnetic Filters. It is available in wet and dry type. It is used for separating minute ferrous particle froth slurry. It is lined with stainless steel and consists of a stack of filter grids. The filter grids are magnetised by electro magnetic field created by surrounding coil. The coil is totally sealed to prevent any leakages. The construction of filter grid does now allow even a fine ferrous particle to escape through, thus improving the quality of end product. It is applicable in industries such as ceramics, insulators, glazed tiles and pharmaceuticals, food, starch, dies, ink, abrasives, etc. Pressure type as well as gravity type filters are manufactured in various models. Electro magnetic ferro filters for dry operation, permanent magnetic rods and permanent magnetic grates are also offered.
