Electro Magnetic Ferro Filter

Magnetic Separators and Controls manufactures wet type electro magnetic filters. These filters are used for separating minute ferrous particle from slurry. The filter unit is lined with stainless steel and consists stacks of filter grids. The filter grids are magnetised by electro magnetic field created by surrounding coil. The coil is totally sealed to prevent and leakages. The construction of filter grids does not allow even a fine ferrous particle to escape through improving the quality of end product. Pressure type as well as gravity type filters are manufactured in various models. Electro magnetic ferro filters for dry operation are also manufactured. These filters find application in industries such as ceramic, insulators, glazed tiles industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, starch, dies, ink, abrasives, etc. Permanent magnetic rods are also manufactured.
