Compressed air & gas filters

Compressed air contains moisture, oil (in case of lubricating) and dirt, which is harmful to pneumatic systems and products. Compressed air filters available from AGS Filters can remove this. This is being done in two stages: 1. Prefilter - these are made of different types as per the technical requirement of the system. Prefilters supplied by the company have very low pressure drop under clean condition and hence give best life expectancy compared to any other branded filters; and 2. Microfilters - these elements are made of borosilicate glass fibre media and are designed as mufti stage depth filter. Coarse suspended particles greater than 5 micron of dirt from atmosphere, rust and scales from pipes and tanks, wear and tear of compress are retained in pre-filters. Suspended particles lesser than 5 micron down to 0.01 microns are retained in borosilicate multistage depth filter to the sizes of 0.3, 0.1 and 0.01 microns. Filters available form 4 to 1200 CFM.
