Compressed Air Filters – Cleansweep

For almost two decades now, Trident Pneumatics, has devoted its expertise to innovating critical compressed air solutions. Its pioneering effort from inception has resulted in several industry standard patented products like timer drain valves, condensate sensing drain valves, modular dryers, dryers for locomotives, etc. The company offers compressed air filters – Cleansweep. Contaminants in unfiltered compressed air eventually have disastrous effect on the end products. To increase the performance of pneumatic tools these contaminants need to be filtered periodically. Oil and water are present both in liquid and vapour state. Coalescing filters with filter media (bore silicate micro glass fibres) remove liquid contaminants. Salient features: efficient filtration up to 99.99% for particles of 0.01 microns; very low pressure drop 1 PSI for dry media and 2-3 PSI for wet media with 10-20 wt oil; different coalescer grade for various applications; and maximum oil carry over of 0.001 mg/m3.
