Compressed Air Filters

Rave Filtration Systems offers Raxor Compressed Air Pipeline Filters designed to remove moisture, oil and dust particles from the compressed air and make it suitable for instruments and process air application. Raxor filters are designed for high dust load and for continuous removal of moisture and oil content. These filters can remove dust particles down to 0.01 micron and can reduce the oil level down to <0.003 PPM. All filters are made with the die-cast aluminium body with powder coating and the elements are made of high quality glass fibre material. These filters offer air quality suitable for even sterile air applications. Under standard conditions these filters are designed for working period of more than 7000 hrs of continuous application. The company offers filter housing with elements of high standard for new projects installations and also replacement elements for filters of reputed make like Ultrafilter, Domnick Hunter, Parker, Atlas Copco, Zanderand other world known brands. Technical details: 1. Pre filter (Grade V) – for the removal of particles of 5µ and above. To be used after the air receiver and before the air dryer; 2. Precision Filter (Grade A) – for the removal of dust particles up to 1 µ and residual oil content <0.1 ppmw/w. Can be used as main pipeline filter before the air dryer or can be used to protect pneumatic tools; 3. Micro Fine (Grade B) – for removal of dust particles up to 0.1µ and residual oil, content <0.05 ppm, w/w when installed with suitable pre-filter. This is suitable to be used before and after the air dryer and gives very high quality of air; 4. Ultrafine Filter (Grade C) – removal of dust particles up to 0.01µ and residual oil content of <0.01 ppm w/w when installed with suitable pre-filter suitable for high quality air requirements of textile, pharma, etc., and process industries; 5. Activated Carbon Filter (Grade D) – for the removal of oil vapour and hydrocarbons odour residual oil content <0.003 ppm w/w; and 6. Sterile Filter (Grade S) – used for removal of bacteria present in compressed air, filter element of PTFE, membrane used with stainless steel housing and the element is sterilisable up to 50 cycles.
