Compressed air and gas filters

Trident Pneumatics Pvt Ltd, a Coimbatore-based company, manufactures compressed air and gas filters, which have filter media (boro silicate micro glass fibres) from Parker, USA. These filters remove dirt, oil and vapour coming through compressed air and ensure longer life of products. These contaminants are periodically filtered through effective means and the performance of pneumatic tools is increased. Activated carbon filters are used to remove oil vapour. The coalescing filters help in removing complete liquid oil and water present in liquid and vapour state. These filters ensure efficient filtration up to 99.99 percent for particles of size ranging from 0.3 to 0.6 microns, whereas particles up to 0.01 microns are filtered at lower efficiency. The low-pressure drop of these filters is 1 PSI for dry media and 2-3 PSI for wet media with 10-20 wt oil and these filters have a capacity of maximum oil carry over of 0.008-ppm w/w. These compressed air and gas filters are useful in sensitive and CNC machining, instruments and in painting systems. These are available in different coalescer grades for various applications.
