Compressed air purification products

Numek brings to the Indian industry international quality compressed air purification products for use in almost every industrial environment. The products range includes refrigerated air dryers, desiccant dryers, dust removal filters, oil removal filters, activated carbon filters, after coolers, moisture separators, and automatic drains, etc. All these products are imported and re-engineered to suit tropical working conditions. Refrigerated air dryers are for capacity from 10 cfm to 6000 cfm with hermetically sealed compressor and eco-friendly refrigerant R407C. A special warrantee of 2 years for performance and 5 years for gas leakage is extended for all the dryers. Apart from normal air treatment, air dryers are also available for special applications like in electronics where less than 5?C outlet air is required. Air filters are available fro dust filtration from 3 micron to 0.01 micron and oil filtration from 0.1 ppm to 0.003 ppm. The filter elements are made out of high technology borosilicate glass micro-fibre with guaranteed working hours of 8,000 to 10,000 working hours under normal conditions. The filter housings are of aluminium pressure die cast, epoxy painted, up to 2200 cfm and carbon steel housing with flanged connections up to 10,000 cfm. High pressure filters up to 350 bar available at a very economical prices. There are about 80 different models of automatic drains to take care of any type of application and pressure up to 350 bar to choose by the individual customers.
