Nupore Filtration Systems offers the Trident range of compressed air and gas filters. Dirt, oil, and vapour coming through compressed air without getting filtered could eventually have adverse effects on end products. These contaminants have to be periodically filtered through effective means to increase the performance of pneumatics tools. Oil and water is present both in liquid vapour state. Coalescing filters remove complete liquid oil and water. Activated carbon filters remove oil vapour. The special features are efficient filtration up to 99.99% for particles of 0.3 to 0.6 microns; particles up to 0.01 microns are also filtered at lower efficiency; very low pressure drop - 1 PSI for dry media and 2-3 PSI for wet media with 10-20 wt oil; different coalescer grade for various applications; and maximum oil carry over of 0.008 PPM w/w. Applications: sensitive and CNC machines, painting systems, instruments, etc.
