COALESCING SYSTEMS

Gaitsu Engineers offer Coalescing Systems. It is a state-of-the-art unique industrial oil-water separator that removes free floating or mechanically emulsified tramp oil from big or small reservoirs of coolant or washing solution. The presence of a large quantity of tramp oil in the reservoirs will adversely affect machine throughput, tool life, and parts finish. The system helps in extending coolant/ water life, removes tramp oil, reduces bacteria, controls odour, minimises dermatitis problems, provides fluid consistency, and reduces disposal cost. It uses a state-of-the-art diaphragm pump to suck the top layer of the machine coolant tank or washing machine, which then passes through an efficient strainer/ filter on the inlet side of the pump to protect the pump from damage by chips and other solid particles and then through specially designed cross flow coalescing media, which helps in removing the smallest of the oil globules. The treated coolant/ wash solution is again sent back to the tank. The specially designed coalescing media needs no frequent cleaning. This system is available in approximately 4 GPM flow rate standard model; the standard unit can work up to maximum 48°C of liquid temperature.
