Circular Gyratory Vibrating Screens

Separation Engineers offers Circular Gyratory Vibrating Screens, Gyroscreen. It is operated by vertically mounted specially designed heavy continuous duty vibrator motor, having an eccentric mass fitted on either side of its shaft. Multi plane vibrations in the machine can be set to achieve optimum efficiency for a specific screening job. Material flow pattern on the screen surface can be controlled to have optimum residence time on the screen, undersized and oversized materials get continuously discharged from the respective outlets. It can be fitted with seven screens, one above the other, to give eight grades. A lid is an optional item to check the dusting during the screening. An anti-blinding arrangement is also available to check screen clogging. Screens from 12 mm to 0.04 mm opening can be fitted into the machine. It is widely used for dry and wet screening in biscuit, pharmaceutical, chemical and petrochemical, ceramic, paper, food, plastic, tea, table salt, sulphur, spices, starch, detergent, fertilizer industries and refractory sand processing steel shot/ grits. It is available in various models ranging from Model S-600 (24") to Model S-1800 (72"), both in carbon steel and stainless steel, with or without lining to suit specific requirements.
