CENTRIFUGE MACHINE CFG 18 - HYDRO EXTRACTOR

Monga Electronics Centrifuge Machines, CFG 18- Hydro Extractor. It is manufactured as per International Standards. It is made of Stainless Steel and various non-corrosive materials. It spins up to 1400 rpm. Sensors are provided to monitor unbalanced load conditions, by sensing vibrations at low and high speeds. The closed loop Programable Logic Controller (PLC) aided by a digital inverter ensures very smooth running of the machine. The acceleration at the beginning of the spin-cycle and the retardation at the end of the cycle is stepless and without undue vibrations. The basket spin speed, cycle time, number of cycles etc. is continuously displayed on the screen helping in diagnosing and finding faults.
