Innovation Filter System focuses on machine tool related cooling media filtration such as emulsified coolant, deionised water, kerosene, diesel, white spirit, EDM-oil, neat cutting oil, honing oil, etc. The objective of the company is to produce systems, which are eco-friendly and without consumable cost of filtration media. It offers a 1500 litre/min centralised crystal-mineral bed filter/polymicron filter system. Features: high performance – filtration down to 5 micron particle size; filtration flow rate – high as compared to cartridge filters or multi grade sand filters; no consumable costs – totally back-washable; eco-friendly – no disposable chocked paper filter; long life – at least 10000 working hours life of specially engineered minerals; increased life of grinding wheel by min 25%; and significant improvement in surface finish.
