Cabin Air Filter Line

A2Z Filtration Specialities Private Limited, an ISO 9001: 2008 certified company by TUV SUD America Inc has introduced a Cabin Air Filter Line to address the needs of the rapid growth in cabin air filtration. This automated cabin air filter line is flexible, fit to purpose and cost effective for filter manufacturers. The A2Z cabin air filter line consists of blade pleater, inline slitter, automatic cross cutter and side gluing system with hotmelt applicator. Models range from 200 mm to 1000 mm, and various models with pleat depth range from 10 mm to 100 mm.

Blade pleater: PLC controlled; automatic pleat depth adjustment; automatic lubrication controller; memory of pre-set values for different functions; and status indicator for different functions.

Inline slitter: Pneumatically operated media loading system; and unwind system with brake.

Automatic cross cutter: Designed for automatic cross cutting of pleated media.

Side gluing machine: Designed to glue the ribbon on the side of pleated pack to maintain the pleat spacing.
