By-Pass Hydraulic Filter

Hydroclean Systems offers the Kleenoil By-Pass Hydraulic Filter. This high pressure oil filter can be fitted on the `by-pass’ basis to hydraulic systems, compressors or any system with oil at pressure up to 3000 psi (200 kgs/cm2). The flow through the Kleenoil filter is controlled to approximately 4 ltr per minute at 40 psi. A flow rate which is low enough to have negligible effect on most system pressures, yet high enough to ensure that oil is being kept in `as new’ condition. It is available in various models: LDU9768 – suitable for tank capacity up to 120 litres; HDU9778 – suitable for tank capacity up to 540 litres; and SDU9788 – suitable for tank capacity up to 1360 litres. Salient features: removes contaminant particles down to less than 0.5 microns; removes water content from oil to less than 0.25% up to capacity of cartridges; prevents corrosion of components; reduces component wear (seals, piston rods, pumps, etc); reduces the incidence of sticking and worn value components; extends life of in-line OEM filters and components; end to the need to change hydraulic fluids; all properties of oil being cleaned are maintained; filter cartridge can be changed within minutes; can easily be removed and re-installed on replacement equipment; simple to install; used in transport and industry world-wide; can be used with virtually any petroleum/synthetic based oil; and greatly reduced collection of waste oil by disposal companies.
