Bag Filters

Hi-Speed Turbodrives offers bag filters which are efficient, compact, factory assembled and fully automatic. These are either reverse pulse jet type or mechanical shaker type. They are designed to operate in extreme conditions and can handle various dust loads. Standard features are: die-cast aluminium venturi nozzles, reliable ASCO make pulse valves, dedicated electronic pulse controller, 100% sealing between dusty and clean air compartment at the neck of the filter bag, and non-woven polyester needle felt bags. These features ensure excellent performance and reliability. Capacity range: 500 CMH to 20,000 CMH. Material of construction: MS stainless steel and MS with FRP lining. Pressure: offered for both negative and positive pressure. Pressure drop: in the range of 100 mm of WG. Efficiency: 98.5% up to 5 micron WG. The company also offers complete centralised de-dusting and fume extraction plants on turnkey basis which include design, manufacturing, supply, erection and commissioning.
