Bag Filters

Bag filters offer high efficiency, less maintenance and longer life. The bags are sealed by snap rings to ensure easy removal of the bags and cages. Automatic cleaning is by pulse jet (compressed air) through venturi nozzles. Bag filters from CK Airtech India Private Limited, formerly Ceekay Hydro Conducta (P) Ltd, can handle high dust loads, moisturous dusts, flue gases at high temperature by using the most suitable selection of filter fabric and filter area. The company offers a wide range of filters like polyester, polypropylene, non-woven polyester with needle punched PTFE coated, anti-static, etc. It also offers Nomex, Ryton, P-84, etc., for high-temperature applications; and widely uses new generation pleated bags/cartridges with very high filtrations efficiency up to 99% down to 3 microns. This enables the company to design compact bag filter units saving lot of floor space, which are also easy to maintain. Outlet emission levels can be assured to be less than 50 mg/Nm3 through the filters.
