The contaminated air is then directed towards the specially designed and arranged vanes into the stainless steel impeller. The only moving part that is the impeller spring on a sealed bearing and the impeller expels out the particles that are heavier than air. The Kleenair impeller ejects about 90% of particles over 10 microns and leaving only about a very small amount of contaminants to be removed for the air filter.
