Air-line Filter

Mumbai-based CompAir Systems manufactures air-line filters with large flow rates up to 250 SCFM at very low pressure drop. The interchangeable flexi inserts allow one module to accommodate 4 port sizes Œ", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4"and reduce downtime to less than a minute during servicing or replacement. They provide dual stage air cleaning action. In the first stage, a finned plate creates high velocity cyclonic motion that causes water and heavier particles of dirt to be hurled out by centrifugal force to the sides of the bowl where they drain off. In the second stage, a non-corrosive 25 micron filter element removes up to 99 percent of residual solids (5 and 50 microns optional). An easy open manual drain and a transparent polycarbonate bowl are standard. The internal automatic float drain is optional.
