Pioneer Filters offers Air Filters For DC Motors. Air Filters are continuously used from 30 years. These Air Filters are primarily installed in DC motors and are paired to a Blower. The main purpose of these Air filters is prevent dust particles from entering the DC motor. These Filters can filter dust particles in the range 3 microns to 30 microns based on the application. These filters work on a wide range of air flows and the pressure drops are . Filter material can be High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) or Synthetic Felt media. These Filters have a life span of 1 year in normal Industrial conditions and when replaced periodically every year can save Lakhs of Rupees by enhancing the life of a machinery.
