Pre Filters

Trijama Filterall (India) Pvt Ltd offers Pre Filters. Pre filters or Coarse filters or Primary filters which are used for filtering larger dust particles 10 micron and above. Trijama Pre filters have high dust holding capacity which contribute in increasing the life of Fine filters. Pre filters are classified as G1 to G4 grade as per Eurovent classification ( MERV-5 to MERV-8 as per ASHRAE Classification). Pre filters are available in air cleanable and water washable type.

Air cleanable pre filters are made from High loft - High Dust holding non woven and gradual fiber mounted synthetic media. These filters reduce frequent cleaning or washing thereby reducing maintenance cost due to its longer service life. Washable type pre filters are made from High strength synthetic needle felt media supported with HDPE mesh and Aluminium mesh to withstand frequent washing. These filters are manufactured in pleated construction to have comparatively more surface area than Air cleanable filters. Pre filters are available in flat media construction to handle low volume of Air. Disposable pre filters are also available in Cardboard frame.
