Zero-Leak Control Valves With Motorised/Pneumatic Actuators

SPEIL offers control valves for hot thermic oil and other chemical handling applications. These are made in technical collaboration with Lukas Spa of Italy, in sizes from 25 mm to 150 mm, in pressure classes #150 and #300, with on-off, linear and equal percentage proportionate characteristics. They are mainly cast carbon steel WCB valves in leakage class v/vi as per customers' requirements. The motorised valves accept 4-20 mA signal from temperature sensors. The KZ Zero Leak Control Valves normally give +1?C or better temperature control, while it is possible to offer as close as 0.I?C temperature control in special cases. The technology was upgraded in 1993 by developing Zero Steam Leak Control Valves. Star KZ Zero Leak Control Valves incorporate reusable self-moulding self-lubricated universal gland packing which is capable of handling media up to 600 class pressure rating and hot thermic oils up to 400?C. The valves are already in use in chemical plants, textile process plants, pharmaceutical industry, paper and pulp industry, ONGC plants, power plants, plastic and rubber industries and other industries using steam, hot thermic oil and a variety of chemicals. The SPEIL valves are being regularly exported as part of OEM equipment with boilers textile machinery and other dedicated specialised process equipment.
