Y-Type Stop Valves

Flochek Industries manufactures Y-type Stop Valves for handling various corrosive industrial fluids. Body, bonnet, gland and disc are made of cast iron to IS-210 FG-200 and spindle is of sp steel. All contact parts including body, seat, and disc up to the lower part of gland are rubber lined. Valves with various type of linings made of ebonite, butyl, EPDM Neoprene and lead are made to suit the liquid to be handled and line temperature. Y type lined valves are best suited for caustic soda, hydrochloric acid, brine, phosphoric acid and other highly corrosive fluids.Cast steel bodies can also be linted. Sizes of Y-type valves range from 50 mm to 300 mm and hydraulic pressure is tested to 20 kg/cm2 for body and 10 kg/cm2 for seat. Design conforms to IS-9338 and flanges are made to PN-16 Std.
