Valves With Motorised/Pneumatic Actuators

Varidhi offers Star-KZ specialised globe type control valves for steam and hot thermic oil applications, in technical collaboration with Lukas SpA of Italy. These valves are made in sizes from 25 mm to 150 mm, and are available in pressure Class #150 and #300, with on-off, linear or equal percentage proportionate charectaristics. They are mostly in cast carbon WCB valves in leakage class V/VI as per customer requirements. The technblogy has been upgraded by developing zero stem leak globe valves with American technology. These zero leak valves incorporate unique reusable self moulding self lubricated universal gland packing which is capable of handling media up to 385?C. The motorised valves accept 4-20 mA signal from PT-100, RTD/thermocouple sensor and control valve either directly or by temperature controller/PID controller via electronic valve positioner interface card if required. These valves normally control line temperature to ?2?C or better. Areas of use are chemical plants, textile process plants, pharmaceutical industries, paper and pulp industries, oil and natural gas, power plants, plastic/rubber industries and other varied industries using steam and hot thermic oil. They reduce pollution, contribute towards energy conservation and offer fit and forget maintenance free plant operations.
