Valves, Two-Way

Schrader Duncan, one of India’s pioneers in the field of pneumatics and a leading manufacturer of wide range of pneumatic products, has widened its range of 2-Way Diaphragm Operated Valves. These are internal pilot operated 2-way solenoid valves available from 1/4” to 1-1/2” port sizes. These are suitable for air, water and light fluid mediums. They are of robust construction and can be mounted inline in pneumatic circuit or base mounted. These valves are available with different coil voltages. CMRS approved flameproof coils are also offered against specific requirements. Valves are available in brass as well as SS. Diaphragm design ensures high flow and quick response and reinforced construction gives longer life. Manual override is a standard feature in most of the valves in this range. For heavy-duty and more rugged applications the company offers G3/4” and G1” 2-way valves with 25 mm orifice. For dust collector systems, to free the dust from bags, it has a 1” and 1-1/2” – 2-way pulse valve which blasts air to the filtering bag. Besides these, G1/8 direct acting 2-way and 3-way midget solenoid valves are available. These are meant to operate midget cylinders up to 1” bore, to give pilot signal or to remote control main valve. Modified versions can be made for all the above valves as per customers’ requirement.
