Valves – Butterfly/Plug/Ball, Teflon Pfa/Fep Lined

Hi-Tech Applicator, India’s leading manufacturer of fluoropolymer lined valves, piping and fittings offers a full range of high performance Butterfly Valves, Plug Valves and Ball Valves with Teflon PTFE/PFA/FEP/ETFE and PVDF lining for corrosive applications. The design, manufacturing and testing at a state-of-the-art ISO 9001 certified manufacturing facility conforms excellent performance of each valve in extremely corrosive environment and makes them suitable to use from -60°C to 200°C. Butterfly valves are available in sizes from 50 NB to 400 NB, plug valves are available in sizes from 15 NB to 200 NB and ball valves are available from 15 NB to 250 NB. To comply with the different industry requirements, the company has a number of different international designs and combinations in above valves like butterfly valves, available in wafer type and lug type design with fully lined and unlined (highly electro-polished SS 316L) centre disc configuration. Plug valves are available in jacketed, non-jacketed and sleeved design and ball valves are available with a very unique glandless 2-piece live-load design, which is developed and introduced by the company since 1994. Design and testing of all valves is complying with relevant International Standards (i.e., mill test certificate, etc) and conforms trouble-free assured performance up to 10,000 cycles. All products are available with manual lever operated, gear-operated and pneumatically actuated configurations. Recently, Dupont India Limited has chosen the company as a preferred fluoropolymer processor which gives total confidence and assured performance of genuine Dupont Teflon for all fluoropolymer lined products made by Hi-Tech.
