Valves

SIRAI Elettromeccanica SRL of Italy (ISO 9001) manufactures the below listed family of products: general purpose valves, micro valves, dry valves, pinch valves, pressure and level switches. General purpose valves are available in 2, 3, 4-way, NC or NO and from 1/8" to 2", and operating pressure from vacuum to 30 bar. Weather-proof and explosion-proof models are available. Nickel-chromium plated valves are available to withstand corrosive atmosphere. Microvalves feature minimum overall dimensions, quick response time and a high number of cycles. Dry valves are used in places where the liquid should not get in touch with certain internal parts of either the valve or the coil. Pinch valves operate through a pinching device moulded in technopolymer. They are operated by a coil and it pinches or loosens the tube into which the fluid is flowing. Pressure and level switches are also available. To select a suitable valve for a particular application, the following information needs to be furnished: T: type (2, 3 and 4): Operation (NC or NO) M: Medium; S: Size; P: Pressure:A: Ambient Temperature and Fluid Temperature; and V: Voltage : E: Enclosure (weather-proof/explosion-proof).
