Suzuki Engineers is engaged in manufacturing of engine valves, valves guides, valve seats, tappets and rocker shafts. It has the capacity to produce 1,00,000 pieces of valves, valve guides with advance technology to match the ISO 9002 standard quality. The company has developed 1300 models of valves and over 450 models of valve guides suitable for any truck, car and tractor moving around the world. It has the latest automatic forging plant with CNC machines for turning and grinding. The company also exports its products to 27 countries which include UK, USA, Germany, Australia, South Africa, Venezuela, Brazil, Middle East and African countries. It uses the best quality raw material (steel) from leading steel manufacturers of India. The manufacturing range of engine valves is from 4 mm to 20 mm stem diameter, 20 mm to 250 mm head diameter and length up to 500 mm. Material used in single piece of valve: silicon chromium steel for inlet valve and austenitic chromium manganese steel and in based steel for exhaust valves. Various steels are required to be heat treated in their own characteristics. The company is in a position to meet any requirement of American, British, German, and Japanese engine valves, valve guides, valve seats, tappets and rocker shafts.
