Valve Components

Linit Exports Pvt Ltd provides ready-to-assemble ‘as cast or fully machined’ Valve Components made from castings or bar stock, for gate valves, check valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, control valves, spindle valves and other customised valves. Some of the main valve components we provide are: valve bodies, adaptors, bonnets, discs, balls, wheels, covers, shafts, spindles and stems seats.
Material grades: stainless steel grades 1.4301, 1.4305, 1.4401, 1.4404, 1.4571, 1.4021, 1.4057, duplex, carbon steel, brass and aluminium
Approvals For raw material source, wherever applicable: PED 97/23/EC and AD2000 Markblatt, WO/W5/W10
Foundry capacity: Sand castings up to 6000 kg – single piece; investment castings – up to 100 kg – single piece
Forgings Open die up to 600 kg, closed die – up to 120 kg, ring rolling up to 150 kg and dia 1000 mm
Machining capacity26 CNC/VMCs in-house, dia up to 600 mm and length up to 1000 mm
