Valve Islands

HDM (heavy-duty Multimach) and CM (clever Multimach) are two new highly innovative series added to the Multimach range valves by Metal Work. The modular Multimach islands of 1 to 24 valves can be formed by adding or removing any number of valves without having to replace any of the components. These can combine valves of any flow rate: 200 Nl/min for pipe Ø 4 mm; 500 Nl/min for pipe Ø 6 mm; and 800 Nl/min for pipe Ø 8 mm. The HDM series is designed specifically for applications in which the valve island must feature high mechanical resistant. Each valve is enclosed in a protective shell made of reinforced plastic that protects it from impact and dirt. The class of protection is IP65. The external configuration is so smooth and rounded, with no recesses or cavities at all, that the HDM is ideal for use in the food industry, where frequent washing is necessary without leaving any residue.
