Valve automation systems

Valtec Controls manufactures reliable valve automation systems for process control and instrumentation packages of process chemical industry. Pneumatic rotary actuators are fitted on a full range of ball, butterfly, plug valves and other applications where up to 90? rotary torque is required for power operation and remote control. These pneumatic actuators are mounted directly on the shaft of the valves. They are powerful and compact double rack and pinion units to offer torque up to 5000 Nm at 4 to 5-bar air supply pressure. Synthetic bearings ensure no metallic contact between moving components and hence offer long life. Spring return actuators incorporate multiple spring concepts for maximum flexibility and have extended shaft for position indication and manual override capability. Solenoid valves in stainless steel, brass and aluminium alloy in weatherproof and explosion proof construction are offered for operating the valves with the electrical signal and constant air supply. Switch housings in weatherproof and explosion proof construction are available for position indication and safety operation. These systems have been designed to accommodate a full range of monitoring and control equipment. These valves can be fitted with, solenoid valves, micro switches, proximity switches, and positioners, etc.
