Vacuum Diaphragm Valves

Microtorr Diaphragm valves are hand operated valves used for line isolation on vacuum systems. They are suitable for application from 50 PSIG pressure to vacuum of the order of 10 torr. These valves are mostly used in roughing/backing lines of high vacuum pumping systems. They can also be used for admitting air into vacuum systems. The sealing here is obtained by pressing down a rugged rubber diaphragm to a highly polished seat through screw threaded mechanism. The end connections are sealed through nitrile 'O' rings.
