Project Engineered Valves Pvt Ltd offers a range of Trunnion Ball Valves. The trunnion design provides excellent sealing characteristics and long life through a generous approach to corrosion allowances and smart seating area design. The company has worked with many end user specifications to include their requirements in a standard design, and can manufacture high specification ball valves rapidly. Available in a production range spanning ½â€-24†in 150 lb-2500 lb rating, these valves are manufactured in materials ranging from standard WCB carbon steel through to exotic alloys such as inconel 825.
- Standards – API 6D, API 608, BS EN ISO 17292, EN 12516-1,2, ASME B 16.34, ASME B 16.5, 16.10, API 607/ISO 10497
- Two piece or three piece construction
- Body seals feature O-ring plus graphite as standard rather than O-ring or graphite only
- Body seal design is modular, meets body sealing specifications including lip seals and other sealing options
- Stem design incorporates a tamper proof antistatic device, reduces the friction on the sealing area which improves performance and provides a long cycle life as demonstrated by Fugitive Emissions Testing
- Compensated for wear and pressures to prolong sealing life
- Self relieving seats with double block and bleed
- Optional sealant injection system
- Body design is built to be suitable as standard for most customer specifications in terms of corrosion allowance requirements
- Large iso plate and plate designs reduces the time and cost of actuation
- Locking devices standard on lever and gear operated valves
- The valves are tested to API 6D, API 598/EN 12266-1
- Fugitive Emission Testing to ISO-15848-1, 2
- Fire safe to API 607/EN ISO 10497
