Three Way Ball Valve

Voltech Tejas manufactures three way ball valves – L port and T port ball valves in sizes 15 mm to 150 mm in carbon steel and stainless steel application. These valves are used in duplex filters, heat exchangers, multiport lines and chemical processing industries. They are manufactured in SS 316 (CF8M), SS304 (CF8), CS (WCB) in L port, T port with or without actuator for air dryers/duplex filter and other applications. The ball configurations are accurately machined to offer diverting or mixing function. With its comprehensive product range, the company offers pneumatic, hydraulic, electric, and gas-hydraulic valve automation products and services, along with accessories like limit switches, solenoid valves, manual override, cable glands, etc. The properties of low frictional PTFE seats are further enhanced by design to ensure positive shut-off, low torque operation and absence of wear. Periodic maintenance and lubrication is not required, as PTFE seats possess self-lubrication characteristics. A special “Lip-Seat” design ensure retention of seal for many thousands cycles in handling oil, air, chemical, gas, acid, alkali, oxygen, instrument isolation, freon, vacuum and many other services. Screwed, socket weld, flanged ends to ASA class 150, ASA class 300, British Standard, BS 10, Table `D’ `E’ `F’ drilling and DIN standard drillings are the options. Arrangements for dairy/pharma application are also offered. Extended socket weld end and other minor design changes are also custom built to meet customer requirements.
