Reliable Valves offers Swing Check Valves. These swing type check valves (NRV) are with bolted cover construction. The one-piece disc construction is securely fastened to the hinge by means of a lock nut and pin. The disc is free to rotating type to avoid any other wear. The hinge pin offers excellent wear resistance properties. Swing check valves also can be supplied with tilting disc design, dash pot arrangement and outside lever and weight design for use where control of the disc as desired. The company also offers PTFE (PFA/FEP) lined ball type/Y type and rubber lined flap type check valves for high corrosive application. Specifications and standards: design and manufacture – BS 5351/API 6D/ANSI B16:34; body and trim – Nace MR 01-75; casting inspection – MSS SP-53, 55, 59, 94; testing – BS 6755 Part-I/API 598; flange dimensions – ANSI B16.5/B16.47/MSS SP-44; and face to face – ANSI B16.10/API-6D. Valve type and configuration: swing check valves shall have a disc which response automatically to block fluid in one direction. Swing check valve can be of wafer, axial flow and lift type.
