Solenoid Valves, 3-Way Quick Exhaust

Precision Instrument Co offers Flocon 3-Way Quick Exhaust Solenoid Valves, Series FPQ 300. These are versatile, internal pilot operated type and incorporate an over sized orifice for fast venting of cylinders and diaphragms. They control the flow of gases and liquids by applying pressure to and venting pressure from cylinders and diaphragms. They are used in applications such as pilot operators, single acting cylinders, air compressors, air motors and instrumentation. Both normally open and normally closed types are available. The body material is forged brass/aluminium, with pipe connections suitable for 1/4"and 3/8"BSP/NPT. Resilient and Teflon seating is used for tight shut off. The operating pressure is from 0.3 to 15 kg/cm&178;. The general purpose solenoid enclosure is NEMA type 1, and weather proof enclosure Nema 2 and 3R. All solenoid parts in contact with fluid media are made of 300 and 400 series stainless steel. The continuous duty moulded coil has Class-B and F insulation. Operating voltages: 24, 48, 110, 220, 440 V, 50 c/s, AC and 12, 24, 48, 110, 220 V DC. The valves are made from quality materials and rigorously tested for leakage and performance. Each valve is subjected to twice the rated voltage plus 1,000 V at 50 c/s for 60 seconds for insulation test.
