Sliding Disc Diverter Valve for Bulk Material Handling

Technocom International offers a sliding disc diverter valve for bulk material handling. Technova-DV series diverter valves are designed for: fly ash intercept systems; dome storage and reclaim; silo aeration and load out; fly ash blending; and automated path selection. These pneumatically operated valves are suitable for abrasive materials like ash, cement or other powders. The design ensures minimum maintenance, automatic self-lapping and knife-edge cleaning action. It is built with cast iron body and special alloy steel disc and seat. Position feedback signals are provided through limit switches on both ends. These valves are presently available in standard sizes between 100 NB to 200 NB with ANSI B 16.1 Class 125 flanges.
