Sliding Disc Discharge Valve for Bulk Material Handling

Technova is a series of pneumatically operated gate valve, suitable for dry handling of ash, cement or other powder like materials. The design ensures minimum maintenance, automatic self-lapping and knife-edge cleaning action. Specially designed spring loaded, self-aligning gland seal assembly ensures zero leakage during shut off under a working pressure up to 7 bar. It is built with cast iron body and special alloy steel disc and seat. Position feedback signals are provided through limit switches on both ends. These valves are presently available in standard sizes between 50 NB to 200 NB with flanges as per ANSI B 16.1 Class 125.
