Safety Relief Valve, Flanged

Diamond Engineering Works (DEW) manufactures Safety Relief Valves. The outstanding features of these valves are: stainless steel disc, nozzle and accurate designed guide for safety and reliable operation. Guide surface is situated above disc and is not exposed directly to the fluid. This system also eliminates obstruction in the orifice. These valves are provided with adjustable ring for adjustment of blow-down pressure in air/gas application. For zero leak tests the valves are provided with special seating applicable up to 10 kg/cm² and 250°C temperature. The valves are also supplied with lifting lever, test gag suitable to service. Set pressure range is up to 77 kg/cm² for sizes ¼ ” to 2” with screwed ends and from ¾” to 6” with flanged ends as per ANSI 150# to ANSI 600#. The body material is of carbon steel, stainless steel, cast steel or gunmetal with standard stainless steel trim. These safety valves are manufactured to meet ASME code sec. VIII. The dimensions, orifice and pressure temperature limits are as per API 526 standard. Higher pressure and severe service safety valves are also available upon request.
