Rotary Air Lock Valves

Kleenair Systems manufactures reliable and sturdy rotary air lock valves to feed and discharge materials ranging from abrasive minerals to baby food, explosive chemicals to pharmaceuticals, hazardous chemicals to food, radioactive dust to pigments, etc, working under the most adverse operating conditions of temperatures and pressures. Capacities offered range between 50 kg/hr to 50,000 kg/hr. All the valves have quick and easy access to internal components which have close operating clearances for optimum efficiency. These are designed to feed accurately in pneumatic conveying line under negative or positive pressure differentials. Special design features and a wide range of interchangeable components allow each valve to match a wide range of applications. Sizes range from 150 mm to 800 mm in various materials of construction such as CI/MS, SS 304, SS 316, SS 316.L, aluminium, etc. Drop through, blow through or offset designs can be supplied to suit the application.
