Rotary airlock valves

Digidale Engineering offers rotary airlock valves/feeders. These are designed to handle various products like, fibrous, granular, free flowing, and dry materials. These valves are suitable for chemicals, coffee, detergents, dry foods, drugs, flour, grains, plastic, starch, sugar, etc. Rotary valves are used as metering devices feeders and for dry free flowing materials of varying size shapes, used with blenders, mixers, tanks, silos, classifiers, dryers, collectors, hoppers, cyclones collectors, virtually in every industries working under adverse operating conditions of temperature and pressure. The capacity of these valves varies between 50 kg/hr and 50,000 kg/hr depending on the product characteristics. These airlock valves have easy access to intemal components and have close operating clearances for optimum efficiency. They are designed to control the flow in dry solid metering, discharging, and also in pneumatic conveying systems operating under negative or positive pressure differential. Sizes ranging from 100 mm to 800 mm are available in various material of construction such as CI/MS, SS-304, SS 316, SS 316 L. Various models are available in drop-through or offset design.
